Spring 2009 Food Drive

Dear Neighbor,
Help me help others less fortunate. I’m coordinating a food drive in our neighborhood to provide a decent Holiday meal for other San Diego residents. All donations will be given to The San Diego Food Bank for proper disbursements.

The San Diego Food Bank needs food that will provide nutritious meals for people in need. The most needed items include:
Important note: We cannot accept perishable items or items in glass jars due to food safety regulations.

It’s very simple to help.... just fill the attached bag with as many non-perishable food items (dry food, canned items) as you can. Anything you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Fill in the form below and I’ll come back on April 9th at 10:00 am to collect your bag and deliver the neighborhood’s donation to the charity. The group’s donation will be presented on your behalf as “Concerned Citizens of Clairemont”

We already know how wonderful our neighborhood is. Now let’s show the rest of San Diego just how
special this group can be.
